Return Period

We support returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.

Eligible Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and complete packaging. Products that are worn, stained, damaged artificially, or without original accessories will not be accepted for return.

Defective & Wrong Items

If you receive defective products, wrong styles, wrong sizes, or missing items caused by our side, we provide free return, exchange or full refund services. We will bear the corresponding return shipping fees under this situation.

Personal Reason Returns

If you need to return goods due to personal reasons such as inappropriate size, style dissatisfaction, or accidental wrong purchase, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fees. The refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment platform.

Final Sale Items

Some promotional clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, which will be clearly marked on the product page.
